
Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Vice President of Samut Songkhram Campus, has assigned personnel from the Samut Songkhram Campus Office to develop the potential for producing organic oyster mushrooms. Under the concept of "Fresh, Clean, Safe," we focus on producing high-quality, chemical-free mushrooms that meet standards. To deliver valuable products to consumers, support learning in safe agricultural practices, and create added value for products from the Samut Songkhram campus.
This operation is part of an ongoing effort to expand agricultural knowledge and product development at the Samut Songkhram campus, specifically by expanding the cultivation of organic oyster mushrooms. This is done continuously, coupled with meticulous attention to the production process, to ensure that the products are fresh, clean, and safe for consumers.
The organic oyster mushrooms from the Samut Songkhram campus will be sold under the "Mae Klong Mobile" event, an activity aimed at delivering high-quality products from the organization to the public. This also serves as another approach to continuously generate revenue for the organization, as well as to build awareness and confidence in the university's products.
