        On February 7-8, 2026, at the King Rama II Memorial Park (King Rama II Park), Samut Songkhram Province, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus, as the forward office of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation for Samut Songkhram Province, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Pharmacist and Vice President of Samut Songkhram Campus, along with faculty members, staff, and personnel from the Samut Songkhram Campus Office/under its supervision. We participated in an exhibition booth showcasing snack products containing Bang Chang chili oil, under the Royal Project for Plant Genetic Conservation. Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn (P.R.S.D.) for the fiscal year 2026, within the celebration of the auspicious occasion of His Majesty King Phutthaloetla Naphalai's birthday in 2026.

         The objective is to disseminate knowledge and fulfill the royal initiative of the Plant Genetic Conservation Project under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn (PGCP). Demonstrations are included. "Processing of snacks using chili oil from Bang Chang chilies" by the Ban Tanyong Kaset Sai Wan Community Enterprise Group, led by Mrs. Tanyong Sukasem. Examples include lotus flower-shaped cookies made with chili oil and Bang Chang chilies, chili oil waffles made with Bang Chang chilies, and chewy banana chips made with chili oil and Bang Chang chilies.

         This event was graced by the presence of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, who presided over the ceremony. Mr. Chayachai Saeng-in, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province, led the delegation in welcoming the guests. The event was organized by the King Phutthaloetla Naphalai Royal Memorial Foundation under the Royal Patronage.
