
On Friday, December 12, 2025, at the plaza in front of the Samut Songkhram Provincial Hall, Mueang Samut Songkhram District, Samut Songkhram Province, Assistant Professor Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Vice Rector of Samut Songkhram Campus, was present. As a committee member and secretary, I participated in judging and scoring the contestants in the "Brackish Water Tilapia Kitchen" competition. Under the project to study approaches to adding value and innovating processed brackish water tilapia food to support the food safety system of Samut Songkhram Province, fiscal year 2026.
The event was presided over by Mr. Chayachai Saeng-in, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province, and attended by heads of government departments, civil servants, and officials.
The objective of this event is to add value and innovate processed brackish water tilapia into safe food menus for the province and to create new culinary dishes. And new processed products under the name "Brackish Water Tilapia," and we were honored to have Mr. Atthakorn Sirilatthayakon, Minister of Tourism and Sports, present. He also presented the awards to the winners of the "Brackish Water Tilapia Cooking Competition."
