"Application for deferment from military conscription Academic year 2024"

Students who wish to apply for deferment from military conscription Please proceed as follows.

1.1 Fill out the answers to the questions before joining the group with your student ID (do not abbreviate).

1.2 Name your profile with your first and last name only.

Note: If you do not follow this, you will not be approved to join the group.

2. Prepare the following documents and evidence:

2.1) 1 copy of the summons (Sor.35)

2.2) 1 copy of military certificate (Sor.9)

2.3) 1 copy of student identification card

2.4) 1 copy of ID card

2.5) 1 copy of house registration

2.6) Student certificate (original) 1 copy

2.7) One copy of name-surname change form (if any).

2. One copy of Sod.10 in case of transfer of military domicile (if any).

2.9) Copy of Sod.43 in the case of having previously received a deferment. but transferred 1 educational institution

3. Students can submit requests and documents according to item 2 from May 20, 2024 until December 23, 2024 from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (except public holidays) at the Student Affairs Department, One Stop Service, 1st floor, Phadung Chewa Building. Conditions for submitting a request and supporting documents are as follows:

- Must be a person born in the year 2004

- Must be a person who is not studying for a Royal Thai Army or who has not graduated from a Royal Thai Army according to the curriculum.

- Must be a student at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. Samut Songkhram Campus (affiliated with the College of Allied Health Sciences/College of Nursing and Health)
