On May 29, B.E. 2566, at 2.30 p.m., Surachet Nilsai, an educational scholar, attended the 8th Samut Songkhram Narcotics Control Center Committee Meeting for the fiscal year of B.E. 2566. Mr. Somnuk Promkiew, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province, presided over this meeting at Samut Songkhram City Hall.
