Local Lower Central Province Research and Development Institute, Samut Songkhram Province Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, was assigned by Asst. Prof. Dr. Phimporn Thongmuang, Director of Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University to prepare for pushing the Suan Sunata Sufficiency Economy Learning Center, raising seabass, crabs and oysters to reach the GAP standard of aquaculture farms according to the standards of the Department of Fisheries with the advice from Lieutenant Colonel Sansern Sereerak, Samut Songkhram Fisheries Chief and Mr. Wisit Kwandee, Head of Fisheries Management Group, Samut Songkhram Provincial Fisheries Office, to develop an area within the Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University to be a learning resource according to the sufficiency economy as well as being a learning center for instructors, students, and people who are interested within Samut Songkhram Province and nearby areas.
