On December 17th, 2019 at 02.00pm, Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University  organized a signing ceremony of MOU between Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University and network partners which covers teaching, research, academic services for society and preservation of art and culture as well as educational quality assurance and cooperation in other areas that are beneficial to network partners.

 The event was honored by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rudej Kerdwichai, Chancellor of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University as a welcoming person, while Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chutikan  Srivibun, Vice Chancellor for Administration attended and Mr. Charas Bunnasa, Samut Songkhram Province Governor, was the president along with 15 government agencies in Samut Songkhram Province, such as the Samut Songkhram Provincial Statistical Office, Samut Songkhram Provincial Office for Natural Resources and Environment, Samut Songkhram Provincial Agricultural and Cooperative Office, Samut Songkhram Provincial Office of Public Health, Samut Songkhram Provincial Livestock Development Office, Samut Songkhram Provincial Internal Security Operations Division, Samut Songkhram Provincial Community Development Office, Office of Buddhism  Samut Songkhram Province, Samut Songkhram Social Development and Human Security, Special Education of Samut Songkhram Province, Samut Songkhram Provincial Labor Protection and Welfare Office, Samut Songkhram Provincial Education Office, Samut Songkhram Provincial Administrative Organization, Samut Songkhram Provincial Health Office, Samut Sakhon Provincial Administration Office that came as witnesses.

This cooperation therefore considered a good sign in joining network partners in academic services for society focusing on building strong communities to meet local needs and connect learning resources to students at the Chakri Meeting Room, 5th floor, Health Rehabilitation Laboratory, Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Province.
