
On January 14th, 2020, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Acting Director of Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University assigned Mr. Seree Poonsap and Ms. Suphannarai Sanguansai, Building and Services personnels, led a team of housekeepers and gardeners to support the organic mushroom house project that is launching now.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Acting Director of the Center, has seen the benefits of mushrooms that are nutritious and medicinal benefits. As a result, people who care for their health tend to seriously consume mushrooms more. Especially in the vegetarian festival, mushrooms seem to be the main food. Therefore, the demand for mushrooms would never decrease. For this reason, an idea for organic mushroom cultivation came up in the Samut Songkhram Education Center because mushrooms are plants that are easy to grow, easy to look after and can be easily grown from natural plantings equipment. It can be a learning resource disseminated to benefit students, personnel and the general public.
