     On February 11-13, 2020, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Director of Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University has have a policy to drive and develop the education center by encauraging personnel to have skills, ideas, and lifestyles and find a way to use the potential of the new generation that has a lot of creativity to be most effective while can be a powerful on driving the organization to ultimately succeed.

     In this training, Mr. Eakkachon Noyngern, Head of the Office mentioned the objectives of the project while the director  chaired the opening ceremony and gave the speech for the project indicating that various organizations have the same question that How can we change the perspective or mindset of employee?. The answer was to pay attention to the thing that are within each person, that is, "happiness". The organizations that can motivate people to build happiness both physically and mentally in the organization and can create a new relationship atmosphere to work together and help each other lead organization to succeed.

          The trainees gained knowledge, techniques, and ways to create happiness in the organization in the 4.0 era and realized the importance of this 4 matters; physical health, mental health, work atmosphere or society, and working attitude. Expert speakers contained Asst. Prof. Dr. Yuthana Sudcharoen, Professor Siwipot Sripuangpetch, Professor Krittanat Phaengchan, Professor Thitiya Prommanwanna, and Professor Pantipha Phutthamae. There were lectures and workshops to increase understanding by trying to think and do from the design problems in health techniques including educating the organization to increase management skills  creating consciousness in the workplace and in the life of personnel.
