Influences of an Organizational Justice and a Perceived Organizational on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, with Consideration of Work Quality

         The purpose of this study was to study the level, relationship, and influences of organizational justice, perceived organization, organizational citizenship and quality of work.. The results of this study were as follows: the subjects had high levels of perceived organizational, quality of work, and organizational citizenship behavior. There was a significant positive correlation between organizational justice and perceived organization, organizational justice and quality of work, organization and quality of work, organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organization and quality of work, perceived organization and organizational citizenship behavior, and quality of work and organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational Justice had an indirect effect through the mediation of quality of work. Perceived organization had a direct effect and indirect effect through the mediation of quality of work.
