The Influences of Principal Leadership and Mediating Factors Affecting Student Learning Quality in Primary Schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration

              The objectives of this research were to create the Model equation of the influences of principal leadership and mediating factors affecting the student learning quality in primary schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and to investigate the correction of this Model also. This research was quantitative research. The population groups in the research were including personnel involving the educational field of the primary schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration 432 schools from 4 groups. They are 432 principals, 14,740 teachers, 216,770 students and 3,456 committees of the network guardians; totally 235,398 personals. The
population of 432 schools through opening of Krejcie & Morgan’s table ; The sampling groups 205 schools and the respondents were including 1 principal, 5 teachers and 4 committees of the network guardians; totally 10 personals. The questionnaire instrument consisted of3 papers, the first part was asking the principals, the second part was asking the teachers, each consisted of 7 parts and the third part for asking the committees of the network guardians which consisted 5 parts. All questionnaires were responded completely and also sent back. the results found that:
              1. There were positive direct and indirect influence of model principals leadership and total influence of teacher-professional community, learning climate in school , ties–parent community, trust in school and classroom instruction towards students’ learning quality.
             2. The results of model correction has expressed that the pattern was agreed with the empirical information and the Chi-square was 425.75, possibility (P) was 1.00 at the df 652, Chi-square /df was 0.65, the agreement indicator(GFI) was 0.90 and the aggregated agreement indicator (AGFI) was 0.89, the standardized RMR was 0.0043 and RMSEA was 0.000.
