The Risk Management in Basic Educational School under Bangkok Metropolis Administration.

    The purposes of this research were: 1) to analyze the risk in basic educationalschool administration under Bangkok Metropolis Administration and 2) to find out the method for the risk management for the high level school administration. The first questionnaires with 0.97 reliability were sent to school administrators and teachers. 832 (81.17 percentage) were completed to be analyzed. After that, the second questionnaires (0.98 reliability) for finding out the method of risk managing in the budget management which was in the high level were sent out to the head administrators of school groups. 66 (82.50 percentage) were completed to be analyzed. The data was analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content
analysis.

     The research findings were as follows:
      1. The level of the risk in basic educational school administration under Bangkok Metropolis administration overall and each aspects was at the moderate level, except the budget management was mostly at the high level; the budget making, the budget approaching, the budget delegating, the expenditure following and controlling, thefinancial management, accounting management, school inventories and assets management, the other items were in the moderate level.
       2. Most of the risk management’s method for the budget management overall and each aspects used the risk retention and risk treatment method. However, the school inventories and assets management used the risk treatment method as the same as the risk retention method.
