Factors Affect to Work Happiness of Employees Rojana Industrial in Ayutthaya

Factors Affect to Work Happiness of Employees Rojana Industrial in Ayutthaya

                  The purpose of this research are studied the 1) Job Motivation of the private working staffs in Rojana industrial of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. 2) Job Satisfaction of the private working staffs in Rojana industrial of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. 3) Work happiness of the private working staffs in Rojana industrial of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. and 4) Working factor affectt on work happiness of the private working staffs in Rojana industrial of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The sample groups consisted of 400 private working staffs in Rojana industrial of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province by Random Sampling method. The tool used to collect data was questionnaire and used to statistics percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis were applied to test hypothesizes. The results found the sample group is mostly female. They have mostly age between 25 – 35 year . They have mostly educational in bachelor's degree and they have mostly salary between 10,000 – 20,000 bath The survey is found opinion level that overall of the opinion level of job motivation and job satisfaction of the private working staffs  in high level. Then the results in hypothesis found job motivation and job satisfaction affect on work happiness of the private working staffs in Rojana industrial of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province that are direct variation which relations coefficient of job motivation (r) is equal 0.51 in significant at the 0.01 level and relations coefficient of job satisfaction(r) is equal 0.62 in significant at the 0.01 level. So, the private organization should have to keep importantly working staffs by make job motivation and job satisfaction which also manage to be proper with knowledge and capability of working staffs for affect on work happiness that working staffs will intend
to work which to be on target and achievement.
