Leaves: Feather-like leaves with odd tips, arranged opposite. Leaves have 2-5 pairs, oval-ovate. The base of the leaf and the tip of the leaf are pointed. The edges of the leaves are sawtoothed.
Flowers: panicle-shaped inflorescences Out along the tip of the branch, 5 sepals connected together to form a tube, 5 yellow petals connected together to form a bell.
Fruit: The fruit is a pod, cylindrical in shape, split into two halves, width 0.7-0.8 cm., length 12-16 cm.
