Pathum Fragrant Rice or Pathum Thani Fragrant Rice 1 has been improved, invented, and developed all along until it was successful. Then, when it was propagated and became the main strain of rice. The Department of Agriculture has therefore considered it a certified variety, giving it the name "Pathum Thani Rice Variety 1" or what we affectionately call Pathum Fragrant Rice.

It is rice, about 104-133 centimeters tall.

The shape of an upright cluster has green leaves with hairs. The leaf sheaths and segments are green. The flag leaves are long, at an angle of 45 degrees to the ear collar. The ears are under the flag leaves.
The rice grains are straw-colored, hairy, and have a slight tail.
The dormancy period for seeds is approximately 3-4 weeks.
