
On January 11th, 2021 at 01.00pm, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Acting Director of Samut Songkhram Education Center, Rajabhat Suan Sunandha University, along with Mr. Eakkachon Noynhern, Chief of the Office, held a video conference to deliver the policy on duty via online system From the Phan Prueksa Meeting Room, Health Rehabilitation Operation Building, 5th Floor.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Acting Director of the Center, said that, due to the University Executive Committee 1/2021 in the morning, the meeting was held to forward the operational policy during the COVID-19 situation in many areas. This forced the university to convert from classroom to online teaching. It also announced that students who traveled to do internships in various establishments should stop the internship and return to their homeland in order to prevent and reduce the chance of COVID-19 infection. The university has issued measures to take care of personnel, with the COVID-19 insurance guaranteed. In the insurance, there was money with an amount of 100,000 baht to ensure personnel during the pandemic situation of COVID-19. In terms of the performance of personnel with work from home. all personnel must keep in mind that we are working. Therefore, we must be responsible for the work performed, clearly set work goals, and plan what must be done each day. Communication between management supervisors and colleagues are important. It must be able to contact and coordinate at any time. Most importantly, the personnel were asked for cooperation to develop the university's ranking. The important factor that the university needs is disseminating academic results via the website for more quality from the evaluation criteria of webometrics.
In addition, the director emphasized that personnel have to submit information on performing various duties assigned to the public relations department of the center in order to provide a channel for indicators to achieve their objectives. If the pandemic situation can be controlled by around March 2021, it is expected that the work process will be as usual, as well as the organization of an academic training program within the center by inviting speakers to help discuss, revise, improve knowledge in performing the missions of various sections for maximum efficiency in the center. On this occasion, Mr. Eakkachon Noyngern, Chief of the Office, assigned the personnel department to collect academic documents and work results of personnel to plan the career progress of personnel in order for personnel to see the progress in their career, which will be the development of themselves to succeed in their career, as well as to build confidence in the human resource management system and to attract, motivate and retain capable personnel to stay with the organization forever.
