In this research investigation, the researcher ascertains the efficiency of computerassisted instruction (CAI) in enhancing science process skills. The researcher also examines the levels at which science process skills are exercised. The researcher compared the academic achievement of the hearing-impaired students enrolled at Setsatian School Under the Royal Patronage of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn prior to the commencement of the study and after its completion. Furthermore, finally, the researcher determines the degree of satisfaction expressed by these students with the learning of science through the use of CAI. The research population consisted of fourteen Matthayom Sueksa Two hearing-impaired students at Setsatian School Under the Royal Patronage of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn. The members of the research population were enrolled in the first semester of the academic year 2014. They were all instructed through CAI on the Preparation of Solutions Using the Volumetric Flask for a period of fifteen hours. The research instruments consisted of an observation form for evaluating science process skills, an academic achievement test on the Preparation of Solutions Using the Volumetric Flask, and a questionnaire eliciting the level of satisfaction with the learning of science by means of CAI. Fourteen copies of the questionnaire were returned (100 percent rate of return). The data collected were analyzed through application of a computer software program. Using techniques of descriptive statistics, the data collected were analyzed in terms of percentage and mean. Findings are as follows: 1. CAI in enhancing the science process skills of the students showed efficiency levels at 80.42/87.50. 2. The science process skills of the students were found to be exercised at an excellent level. 3. The academic achievement of the students was determined to be higher than prior to the study. 4. The satisfaction with the learning of science of the students who were taught by means of CAI was expressed at a high level.
