Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Director of Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, along with Mr. Eakkachon Noyngern, Head of the Office, and personnel, watered the blessing from Mrs. Sukanda Worachetbancha, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province and the Administrators of Samut Songkhram Province on the Thai New Year: Songkran Day to promote conservation, preserve Thai tradition, and show respect to the Governor of Samut Songkhram. It is considered that on Thai New Year's Day, people will find good things, fortune, and success.
