On March 31st, 2019 at 09.00 AM, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Director of the Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, attended the ceremony to pay homage to the monk on the Memorial Day of King Rama III: Phra Maha Jesada Raja, Civil Service Day, and the ceremony of giving merit to the rural child development fund in the Royal Patronage of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn in the year 2019. Mrs. Sukanda Worachetbancha, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province, led judicial officers, soldiers, police officers, civilians, and local administrative organizations, to pay homage to the Buddha and place the shrub in the front of the Buddha image to King Rama III: Phra Maha Jesada Raja, to show loyalty and gratitude to the noble King and remember the immeasurable grace.
After completed the ceremony to pay homage to the King Rama III: Phra Maha Jesada Raja, the governor presided over the civil service day ceremony saying the Royal Guidance of His Majesty the King and the message from the Prime Minister on the civil service day. Phra Thep Samut Moli, Advisor to the 15th Regional Primate, the abbot of Wat Phet Samut Worawihan, as a monk president, read morale of His Holiness Patriarch Sakon Maha Sangha Parinayok and gave the certificate to those who have been nominated and selected to be the outstanding civil servant in Samut Songkhram province in year 2018. Then, the governor of Samut Songkhram opened a flower cone to pay homage to the image of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn and donated to the Rural Development Fund in Patronage of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn to provide income to the fund and to help support activities in the development of children whose families are poor and underprivileged in rural areas, as well as assisting child development centers and children experiencing other social problems. The total amount of Krung Thai Bank account of Samut Songkhram Provincial Development Fund, Samut Songkhram Branch, had been 1,800,000 baht and 427,663.50 baht was just donated to the fund this day.
