
The objectives of this research were to study and compare the opinion of teachers toward the school administrator management using Results Based Management. The teachers’ opinion were compared based on their gender and school size. The sample in this study covered 210 teachers working under Bhasichareon Office, BangkokMetropolitan Administration. The research tool employed for this study was the rating scale questionnaire with reliability level of 0.98. The data and information collected were analyzed for persentege, means, standard deviation and t-test and Analysis of Variance method (ANOVA) were used to test the hypothesis.
The research results
indicated that the teachers had a
positive opinion toward the Results
Based Management of their school
administrators, at high level.
Considering their opinion on each point
ofview, it was found from the highest to
the lowest means were academic
administration the highest personnel
administration, general administration
and budget administration the second,
the third and the lowest level was the
budget management .Comparing the
teachers’ opinion toward the
results based management of their school
administrators principles based on
different genders, it was found that
there was no differences of the opinion
among
the study. Comparing the
teachers’ opinion towards the
results based management principles of
their school administrators based on
different school size, it was found that
there was significantly difference at
the statistical level of 0.05 of the
opinion among the study.
