The objectives of this research paper included: 1) to collect data and classify the cultural capital 2) to analyze the vitality of the capital to set a guideline for cultural tourism. This research paper utilized the quantitative method with a snow ball technique. A sample of 14 persons was taken from the community. An in-depth interview was used with structural questions and content analysis. The findings revealed that, canals have been essential transportation routes to connect local people, houses, occupations, and the strengths of the community. The cultural capital can be classified into four main groups. The first group is historical sites such as traditional Thai houses of Mr. Chan, the leader of the community and TaKa floating Market. The second group is the social aspects such as Maneesawan Buddhist temple and tabernacle. The third group is the overall aesthetic appeal such as Thepprasit Buddhist temple and river lifestyle. The fourth group is local wisdom such as coconut sugar making and the market activity at the floating market. The combination of these cultural capitals on the canal route results in a unique and sustainable tourism for the Taka community.
