On Friday, October 23, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus—represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Vice President for the Samut Songkhram Campus—delegated Mr. Eknarin Piyapanyamongkol, Acting Director of the Samut Songkhram Campus Office, along with staff members The Samut Songkhram Campus Office participated in a volunteer development activity held in commemoration of the passing anniversary of King Chulalongkorn (King Rama V) — known as "Chulalongkorn Day" (Piyamaharat Day) — at the multipurpose pavilion in Moo 7, Nang Takhian Subdistrict, Mueang Samut Songkhram District, Samut Songkhram Province.
               The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Chayachai Saeng-in, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province, with the Deputy Governor, heads of government agencies, officials, and members of the general public in attendance.
                 This activity is organized with the objective of demonstrating loyalty and expressing deep gratitude for the royal grace of King Chulalongkorn (Rama V). It also aims to encourage personnel and the general public to cultivate a sense of civic-mindedness, work together for the common good, and participate in developing their community—making it clean, orderly, and a pleasant place to live—thereby fostering unity and sustainable strength within the community and society at large.
