The objective is to provide an opportunity for Communities of Practice (CoPs) to showcase their work and best practices—derived from processes of knowledge exchange, development, and practical application—as well as to serve as a platform for personnel to share experiences and exchange ideas.
In this regard, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus, participated in the event and presented its best practices. The university was honored with the "Challenger Award," reflecting its commitment to operational development, knowledge sharing, and the creation of innovative approaches to enhance the unit's operational efficiency.
Participation in this activity is part of fostering an organizational learning culture. It supports the sharing and expansion of knowledge gained from actual practice, as well as the application of such knowledge and best practices to drive innovation, thereby supporting the university's continuous and sustainable development.
