Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus—led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Vice President for Samut Songkhram Campus, and Mr. Ekanarin Piyapanyamongkol, Acting Director of the Samut Songkhram Campus Office—is moving forward with the development of the landscape and environment within the campus, guided by the “Suan Sunandha” concept. Transforming the area into a “botanical garden” and “backyard garden” aims to expand green spaces and create a shady, beautiful atmosphere that fosters learning and enhances the quality of life for faculty, staff, students, and the general public.

The development of the area prioritizes increasing trees, vegetation, and green spaces across the campus, alongside landscaping improvements designed to ensure orderliness and aesthetic appeal while harmonizing with the surrounding environment. To transform the university grounds into more than just a place of study—creating a “backyard” where everyone can relax, connect with nature, and share the space.

Furthermore, the “botanical garden” concept aims to create a space for learning from nature, encouraging students and staff to connect closely with plant life and the environment, fostering an appreciation for natural resources, and tangibly supporting the university’s development into a Green Campus.

Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus, remains committed to the continuous development of its grounds and landscape. The goal is to create an environment that is shady, beautiful, eco-friendly, and conducive to learning, while welcoming everyone to experience a side of "Suan Sunandha" that is growing in harmony with nature.
