Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus—led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Vice President for Samut Songkhram Campus—assigned Mr. Ekkarin Piyapanyamongkol, Acting Director of the Samut Songkhram Campus Office, to preside over the opening of the project, accompanied by Mr. Ekkachon Noingeon, Director of the General Affairs Division. The Samut Songkhram Campus Office and its personnel, in collaboration with the Samut Songkhram Provincial Transport Office, organized a project for the 2026 fiscal year aimed at enhancing the quality of life and safety of youths preparing to apply for a driver's license. The initiative seeks to foster knowledge, understanding, and a safety-conscious mindset regarding road usage among students at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus—who represent a vital force for the future of society.
This project aims to equip students with knowledge regarding traffic laws, traffic signs, and road etiquette, as well as guidelines for safe and socially responsible driving. It also seeks to raise awareness about the risks and consequences of road accidents and to prepare students for the legal process of obtaining a driver's license.
The collaboration between Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University (Samut Songkhram Campus) and the Samut Songkhram Provincial Transport Office reflects a shared commitment to improving the quality of life for local youth, as well as fostering a culture of safe, disciplined road use and mutual respect for the rights of fellow road users.
This training session was held on August 24–25, 2026, at the 100-seat conference room, 5th Floor, Phadung Chiwa Building (College of Nursing and Health Building), Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus.
