Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus—led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Vice President for Samut Songkhram Campus—assigned Ms. Charina Hokhuadchim, a Finance and Accounting Officer at the Finance Division of the Samut Songkhram Campus Office, to attend training on the new version of the e-Office system, aimed at upgrading administrative operations to a digital standard.
This training session was honored by the presence of Associate Professor Dr. Sirilak Ketchai, Vice President for Digital Technology, who presided over the opening ceremony. She highlighted the importance of developing the e-Office system, noting it as a significant step toward upgrading the university's document management processes to align with digital technologies and established standards. In accordance with the announcement by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation regarding the Thai University Consortium, Dr. Apirak Thitinarumit, Deputy Director of the Information Technology Center, together with computer specialists, shared their expertise and provided guidance on system usage to the staff.
The training aims to enhance knowledge and understanding of the system architecture, security configurations, and new functionalities. This will enable personnel to apply these elements effectively in their work and collectively drive the university toward becoming a digital organization equipped with a modern, secure, and comprehensive electronic office system.
The training was organized by the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and held on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at Computer Laboratory 3122, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Bangkok.
