Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus—led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Vice President for Samut Songkhram Campus—participated in the “EdPEx in Action” training program. The session focused on “Customer Excellence” (Category 3: Customers) and aimed to enhance knowledge and understanding regarding the elevation of organizational management quality in accordance with EdPEx criteria. The event focuses on creating value and satisfaction for service recipients and stakeholders. It will be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the Cho Kaew Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Building 31, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and will be conducted online.

             The project was honored to have Professor Dr. Sanguansin Rattanalert preside over the opening ceremony. Distinguished speakers from various organizations shared their knowledge, best practices, and experiences regarding the development of excellent service systems, with personnel from various university departments attending in large numbers.
