Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus—led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Vice President for Samut Songkhram Campus—assigned Mr. Ekkachon Noingeon, Director of the General Affairs Division, along with staff from the Samut Songkhram Campus Office, to participate in the "Big Cleaning Day" volunteer activity and an aquatic animal release ceremony. Dedicated as a royal merit-making offering on the occasion of National Mother's Day, on August 12, 2026, at 9:30 AM, at Wat Bang Prachan, Lat Yai Subdistrict, Mueang Samut Songkhram District, Samut Songkhram Province. 

        Mr. Chayachai Saeng-in, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province, presided over the ceremony, joined by the Deputy Governor, government officials, representatives from the judiciary, military, and police, as well as state enterprise employees, private sector organizations, and members of the public, all participating in unison.

         On this occasion, the Governor of Samut Songkhram Province, presiding over the ceremony, led the participants in reciting the pledge "We Do Good Deeds with Our Hearts" three times to demonstrate their unity and loyalty. Subsequently, he led executives, government officials, and volunteer citizens in carrying out public service activities, specifically focusing on landscape improvements. Collected solid waste and cleaned the area surrounding Wat Bang Prachan to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and a beautiful landscape.

            Furthermore, a ceremony was held to release aquatic species into natural waters, aiming to boost productivity and restore the abundance of aquatic resources and the ecosystem. This activity aligns with the implementation guidelines of the "Temple, Community, and State: Creating Happiness" (Wat Pracha Rat Sang Suk) project—spearheaded by the Department of Public Utilities—in accordance with the resolution of the Sangha Supreme Council. That resolution mandates the organization of tangible public service activities on public holidays throughout the year 2026.
