Announcement: Schedule for Student ID Card Collection (Regular Undergraduate Students, Class of 2026 / Student ID Prefix 69) – Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus

The Education Division of Samut Songkhram Campus hereby announces the schedule for collecting student ID cards for students with the ID prefix "69" (Class of 2026), as follows:

Collection Dates: August 25 – 26, 2026

Time: 09:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Location:

1st Floor, College of Nursing and Health Building

Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus

Required Documents:

1. Original Thai national identification card

o If the title on the card is still "D.Ch." (Master) or "D.Y." (Miss), please have it updated to "Mr." or "Ms." before coming to collect your student ID card.

2. Copy of Thai national identification card

o One copy showing both the front and back of the card.

3. Mobile phone

o Install the Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking application to activate the student ID card.

Card Collection Guidelines

Students must collect their cards in person.

Please bring all required documents to ensure prompt service.

Check the information on the card immediately upon receipt; if any details are incorrect, please notify the staff at the collection point.

We request the cooperation of all students in collecting their cards on the scheduled distribution date.
