Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Vice President for Samut Songkhram Campus, together with Mr. Eknarin Piyapanyamongkol, Acting Director of the Samut Songkhram Campus Office. Mr. Ekkachon Noingern, Director of the General Affairs Division at the Samut Songkhram Campus Office, together with section heads and staff, participated in the ceremony to present gold and silver ceremonial trays (*phan phum*) and the candle-lighting ceremony to offer blessings to His Majesty the King on the auspicious occasion of the Royal Ceremony on July 28, 2026.
       The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Chayachai Saeng-in, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province, accompanied by Mr. Korakot Wongsuwan, Deputy Governor of Samut Songkhram Province; Mr. Ranatchai Phumcharoen, Deputy Governor of Samut Songkhram Province; and Mrs. Natsuda Wongsuwan. The Deputy President of the Samut Songkhram Provincial Red Cross Chapter, representatives from the judiciary, military, and police, heads of government agencies, Members of the House of Representatives, Senators, and citizens of Samut Songkhram from all walks of life united to offer their well-wishes.
         The ceremony was held on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the Piphat Mongkhon Auditorium, Samut Songkhram Provincial Administrative Organization.
