Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus—represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Vice President for Samut Songkhram Campus—delegated Ms. Teeranan Sattabut (Acting Head of the Supplies Section, Finance Division) and Ms. Suwimon Thepphanom (Educational Officer, Education Division, Samut Songkhram Campus Office) to attend the ceremony for the presentation of the Royal-sponsored Buddhist Lent candles and commemorative ceremonial fans from Princess Ubolratana Rajakanya Sirivadhana Barnavadi.

        Phra Samut Wachirasophon (Vi.), Advisor to the Ecclesiastical Regional Governor (Region 15) and Abbot of Wat Chulamani, presided over the ceremony on behalf of the Sangha, while Mr. Chayachai Saeng-in, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province, presided on behalf of the laity. They were joined by the Deputy Governor of Samut Songkhram, representatives from the judiciary and military, heads of government agencies, officials, and members of the public.

           The ceremony was held on Monday, 20 July 2026, at 09:00 a.m. at the ordination hall of Wat Chulamani, Bang Chang Subdistrict, Amphawa District, Samut Songkhram Province.
