
Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus—led by Mr. Ekkachon Noingeon, Director of the General Affairs Division, Samut Songkhram Campus Office, accompanied by Ms. Siriporn Phissupap, a Finance and Accounting Officer from the Finance Division, Samut Songkhram Campus Office—attended a meeting to discuss strategies for securing budget contributions for the project. TO BE NUMBER ONE collaborated with Assistant Professor Dr. Peerada Damapong, Vice Dean for Student Affairs, along with faculty members from the College of Allied Health Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and officials from the Samut Songkhram Provincial Public Health Office, to fulfill the royal initiative of developing the potential of children and youth. It also serves to drive concrete action in the prevention and resolution of drug-related issues, while fostering public participation among the residents of Samut Songkhram Province.
The meeting was held on Friday, July 17, 2026, at the Professor Dr. Adul Wiriwechkul Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Nanthasahawet Building (College of Allied Health Sciences Building), Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus. Its objective was to integrate cooperation among relevant agencies to support the project's implementation. TO BE NUMBER ONE aims to foster psychological resilience and appropriate life skills among children and youth, encourage the constructive use of free time, and promote their participation in protecting both themselves and society from drugs.
Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus, remains committed to supporting and promoting activities aimed at preventing and addressing drug abuse, as well as developing the potential of students and youth so they may grow into high-quality, vital assets for the nation, in alignment with the TO BE NUMBER ONE project.
