Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus—led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Vice President for Samut Songkhram Campus—assigned Mr. Jirayus Poolsawat, a General Administration Officer at the Central Division of the Samut Songkhram Campus Office, to participate in the “Project for the Development and Transfer of Knowledge regarding Academic Services.” “Research and Consultancy Projects (Cohort 2) for Fiscal Year 2026” – aimed at enhancing capabilities in academic services, research, and consultancy, while developing knowledge that can be effectively applied to elevate the quality of the university’s operations.

               The program was honored to feature distinguished speakers who shared their expertise, including Ms. Apinya Pinitniyom, Director of the Group at the Office of the Auditor General (Region 22), who lectured on the topic: “Criteria and Guidelines for Budget Management and Disbursement of Funds for Academic Service Activities.” They were joined by Mr. Jarinpong Daengjiw, Director of the Group at the Office of the Auditor General (Region 22), who lectured on “In-depth Analysis of Procurement and Supplies Management in Academic Services,” and Assistant Professor Dr. Onapat Nongku, a lecturer at the College of Innovation and Management, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, who lectured on “Professional Strategies for Writing Project Proposals to Secure Funding.”

             Participation in this program focuses on enhancing personnel capabilities—specifically knowledge, understanding, and skills regarding academic services, research, and consultancy—as well as facilitating the exchange of experiences and best practices with experts and participants from various organizations, all with the aim of fostering the creation of work that meets the needs of the community, society, and the nation.

            The opening and closing ceremonies were presided over by Ms. Suwita Phruek-aporn, Deputy Director of Administration and Planning at the Office of Academic Services.

             The project was organized by the Office of Academic Services, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and took place on July 8–9, 2026, at Meeting Room 26103 (1st Floor, Building 26), Faculty of Science and Information Technology, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Bangkok.
