Guidelines for Blood Donation Preparation

- Drink plenty of water 1–2 days before donating blood to keep your body hydrated and ensure good blood circulation.

- Eat a meal approximately 4 hours before donating blood.

- Get at least 6 hours of sleep before donating blood.

❌ Avoid consuming alcoholic beverages before donating blood.

❌ Avoid sports or strenuous exercise that causes heavy sweating the day before donating blood.

Students who wish to donate blood will receive 3 activity hours.
