Please adhere to the following schedule:

1. Submit the tuition payment notification or receipt for Semester 1/2026

via Google Form: https://forms.gle/V2t8hJG181KmukNv9

The form is open for submission only from July 1–10, 2026.

*** Form closes on July 10, 2026, at 3:00 PM ***

(Staff will process expense details only for students who submit the public service documentation and loan application form within the specified deadline.)

2. Prepare and submit loan disbursement documents for Semester 1/2026.

In-person submission:

Dates: July 16–17 and July 20–24, 2026 | Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
