Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus—led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Vice President for Samut Songkhram Campus, accompanied by Mr. Ekanarin Piyapanyamongkol, Acting Director of the Samut Songkhram Campus Office—participated in a workshop titled "Guidelines for Driving Policy and Future University Development Directions." From June 28 to 30, 2026, at Phumontra Resort, Hin Tang Subdistrict, Nakhon Nayok Province.

      Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon, President of the University, presided over the opening ceremony and delivered a special lecture on the university's adaptation strategies—focusing on ensuring survival and enhancing competitiveness amidst the current challenges facing higher education. Meanwhile, Associate Professor Dr. Ruedech Kerdwichai, President of the University Council, shared insights on strategic management, the application of OKRs, and efficient budget allocation to support the university's drive toward sustainable development.

    The executive team of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University gathered to brainstorm, exchange perspectives, and review policies for driving the university forward. This collaborative effort aimed to define the organization's development direction in alignment with the changing landscape of higher education and to support university operations in achieving stable and sustainable growth.
