
Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus—represented by Mr. Ekanarin Piyapanyamongkol, Acting Director of the Samut Songkhram Campus Office, and Mr. Chamrat Nimsamran, Acting Head of the Planning and Budget Section, Policy and Planning Division—participated in a study visit as part of the "Digital Transformation Champions" personnel development program. The visit took place on Friday, June 26, 2026, at the Department of Land Transport in Chatuchak District, Bangkok.
Mr. Soracha Hiranwat, Director of the Information Technology Center at the Department of Land Transport, honored the event by welcoming the visiting delegation, presiding over the opening ceremony, and delivering a lecture titled "Development of Key Information Technology Systems and Digital Services." He shared concepts and approaches regarding digital system development, as well as the application of technology to enhance the efficiency of government services and meet public needs in the digital era.
Following the lecture, participants were divided into groups to observe operational processes at key units: Group 1 examined the automated robotic system for vehicle license plate production to learn how automation enhances manufacturing efficiency; Group 2 studied the DLT GPS-based road transport monitoring system, a technology that supports transport management, vehicle tracking, and the enhancement of transport safety.
