Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus—led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Vice President for Samut Songkhram Campus—assigned Mr. Chamrat Nimsamran (Acting Head of the Planning and Budget Section, Policy and Planning Division), Ms. Buppha Mungfaidee (Acting Head of the Finance Section, Finance Division), and Mr. Wuttikrai Prawatphong (Acting Head of the General Administration Section) to Ms. Paphawee Phuangwasana, a General Administration Officer at the Central Division of the Samut Songkhram Campus Office, participated in a workshop titled "Elevating Knowledge Management with Generative AI." The program aimed to enhance personnel capabilities regarding the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in knowledge management and to improve the university's operational efficiency in alignment with the changes of the digital era.
The event was presided over by Associate Professor Dr. Wittaya Mekkham, Vice President for Planning and Quality Assurance, and featured a guest lecture by Dr. Siwaporn Sinta from Thonburi University. She shared insights on techniques for applying Generative AI to modernize Knowledge Management (KM), ensure practical usability, and enhance organizational operational efficiency.
This training aims to enhance knowledge, understanding, and skills regarding the application of Generative AI tools for knowledge management, content creation, data summarization, and information analysis, as well as to support various operational tasks efficiently and effectively—all while adhering to principles of good governance and ethics in the use of digital technology.
The aforementioned training program was held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, from 08:30 to 16:00, at the Cho Kaew Meeting Room (5th Floor, Building 31, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University) and via an online system. Google Meet
