
Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus—led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Vice President for Samut Songkhram Campus, accompanied by Mr. Ekanarin Piyapanyamongkol, Acting Director of the Samut Songkhram Campus Office, and Mr. Ekkachon Noingeon, Director of the General Affairs Division, Samut Songkhram Campus Office—organized the "Elevating Safety Quality for Service" project. (Service Safety Elevation Project: SSEP)" To enhance the capabilities of personnel at the Samut Songkhram Campus Office by fostering knowledge and understanding regarding service safety, and to cultivate an organizational culture focused on quality and safety, thereby elevating service standards effectively and sustainably.
We were honored to have Assistant Professor Dr. Kaenphet Saranontawat, Vice President of the Nakhon Pathom Campus, serve as a guest speaker. He shared his expertise and experiences regarding safety management concepts in service delivery, risk management, and strategies to prevent and minimize the likelihood of incidents. He also discussed approaches to developing service systems that prioritize the safety of both service recipients and personnel.
During the activity, participants attended lectures and exchanged ideas to enhance their skills in problem analysis, risk management, and the practical application of safety guidelines. These efforts aim to elevate the agency's service quality to meet established standards.
The aforementioned project will be held on Monday, June 22, 2026, from 08:30 to 16:30, at the 100-seat meeting room, 5th Floor, Phadung Chiwa Building (College of Nursing and Health Building), Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus.
