Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Vice President of Samut Songkhram Campus, assigned Mr. Ekachon Noi-ngern, Director of the Central Division, Samut Songkhram Campus Office, to participate in the workshop for the preparation of the 5-year Samut Songkhram Provincial Development Plan (2028-2032) for the fiscal year 2028 and the annual operational plan of Samut Songkhram Province for the fiscal year 2028, Session 1.

           The workshop was opened by Mr. Chayachai Saeng-in, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province. The meeting aimed to collaboratively determine the province's development direction for the next five years, including its vision, strategies, tactics, objectives, and indicators, in alignment with the National Economic and Social Development Plan, the 11-area national reform plan, and regional development guidelines. The presentation also highlighted the potential of Samut Songkhram province and clarified the guidelines for defining success indicators for the project, ensuring that all agencies work in the same direction and achieve integrated, systematic collaboration. The emphasis was on a network of cooperation involving all sectors—government, private sector, civil society, the public-private partnership, and communities—to jointly develop Samut Songkhram province in a way that aligns with the area's future opportunities and potential.

             The meeting was held on Monday, May 18, 2026, at the Riverton Amphawa Hotel, Mueang Samut Songkhram District, Samut Songkhram Province.
