Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Vice President of Samut Songkhram Campus, assigned Mr. Ekkachon Noi-ngern, Director of the Central Division, Samut Songkhram Campus Office, to participate in the opening ceremony of the “Samut Songkhram Food and Local Products Festival and Red Cross Fair 2026”. This event is organized by Samut Songkhram Province in collaboration with the Samut Songkhram Provincial Red Cross, with the aim of promoting tourism, stimulating the local economy, and showcasing the unique food, culture, and products of Samut Songkhram Province.

       The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Chayachai Saeng-in, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province, who presided over the opening ceremony, along with the Deputy Governor, heads of government departments, private sector representatives, citizens, and tourists who attended the event in large numbers at the venue.

   Participation in this event marks another important role for Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus, in supporting provincial activities and contributing to the promotion of the grassroots economy, the preservation of local culture, and the creation of sustainable collaborative networks between government agencies, the private sector, and communities in the area.

      The event features many interesting activities, including the sale of local and famous dishes from the province, stalls selling community products and OTOP (One Tambon One Product) goods, a Red Cross lottery, and various entertainment activities, during the dates specified by Samut Songkhram Province.

       The event was held on Friday, May 15, 2026, at the Royal Plaza in front of the Equestrian Statue, Samut Songkhram Provincial Hall.
