On Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 9:30 AM, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Vice President of Samut Songkhram Campus, assigned Mr. Eknarin Piyapanyamongkol, Acting Director of the Samut Songkhram Campus Office, to participate in the opening ceremony. Implementing the One Plan process for managing royal-initiated projects in the central region to support their implementation through video conferencing.

             The event, chaired by Privy Councillor Plakorn Suwannarat, was held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Khlong Toei District, Bangkok. Mr. Chayachai Saeng-in, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province, received the handbook via video conference from the Amphawa Meeting Room, 4th floor, Samut Songkhram Provincial Hall.
