On Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 8:19 AM, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus, led by Mr. Ekkachon Noi-ngern, Director of the Central Division, Samut Songkhram Campus Office, along with Ms. Buppha Mungfaidee, Acting Head of the Finance Department, and Ms. Theeranun Satabut, Procurement Officer, Finance Division, Samut Songkhram Campus Office, participated in the ceremony celebrating the City Pillar Shrine. And the merit-making ceremony for the city of Samut Songkhram, on the occasion of its 125th anniversary, at the City Shrine and the plaza in front of the Provincial Hall.

           The purpose of this event is to express gratitude and commemorate the contributions of the ancestors who founded and protected Samut Songkhram city. It also serves as a merit-making ceremony to dedicate blessings to the spirits of the ancestors of Samut Songkhram, bringing auspiciousness to the city and its people.

             The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Chayachai Saeng-in, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province, along with the Deputy Governor, heads of provincial government departments, and other relevant individuals, who attended the event in large numbers.

             Furthermore, this event is another important activity that reflects the preservation and continuation of the rich cultural traditions of Samut Songkhram Province, which have been passed down for generations, fostering love, unity, and local pride among all sectors of the population.
