Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus, led by Mr. Ekachon Noi-ngern, Director of the Central Division, Samut Songkhram Campus Office, along with a team of building and grounds staff, produced compost from fallen leaves within the university grounds. This initiative aims to utilize existing resources efficiently, reduce waste, and lower the overall landscape maintenance costs for the institution.

This operation is part of a project to enhance awareness and understanding of cost reduction and efficiency, under the strategic plan of the Samut Songkhram Campus Office, which focuses on encouraging personnel participation in efficient resource management and promoting the concept of sustainable organizational development.

Furthermore, transforming fallen leaves into compost not only reduces the cost of purchasing fertilizer but also adds value to waste materials, aligning with environmental conservation principles and fostering a tangible awareness of the value of resource utilization among personnel within the organization.
