Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Vice President of Samut Songkhram Campus, assigned Ms. Pakhanitka Chanjirawat, Acting Head of Educational Services, to lead the Student Organization Executive Committee team of Samut Songkhram Campus. And students from the student club at the Samut Songkhram campus participated in a workshop project to strengthen and develop social engineering skills for student leaders in the academic year 2025.
The objective is to develop the leadership potential of student leaders by providing them with knowledge and understanding of the role of "social engineers." This includes enabling them to analyze problems, plan, and systematically implement community development strategies, as well as enhancing their teamwork skills, leadership qualities, and social responsibility.
The project includes a variety of workshops, such as lectures on social engineering, design thinking skills training, spatial problem analysis, and community fieldwork. This includes brainstorming to design creative approaches to development and problem-solving, with a focus on enabling students to learn from real-world experiences and apply their knowledge effectively.
Participating in this program is a significant opportunity for students to develop well-rounded skills, both academic and life skills. It also instills a sense of civic responsibility and encourages students to contribute to the sustainable development of society and their communities. This aligns with the university's identity in producing practical graduates who are socially responsible.
The event was held from March 17-20, 2026 at Ingthara Resort, Mueang Nakhon Nayok District, Nakhon Nayok Province.
