Public announcement inviting administrators, faculty, staff, and students to donate blood

on Thursday, March 19, 2026, between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

Located on the 1st floor of the Phadung Chiwa Building (College of Nursing and Health Building),

Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus.

Guidelines for Preparing to Donate Blood

- Drink plenty of water 1-2 days before donating blood to keep your body refreshed and ensure good blood circulation.

- Eat a meal approximately 4 hours before donating blood.

- Get at least 6 hours of sleep before donating blood.

❌ Avoid alcoholic beverages before donating blood.

❌ Do not engage in strenuous exercise or sports that cause excessive sweating one day before donating blood.

Students wishing to donate blood can choose to receive:

1) 3 activity units or

2) 5 volunteer hours.
