Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM, at the Professor Adul Viriyavejkul Meeting Room, Royal Academician, 5th Floor, Nanthasahwej Building (College of Allied Health Sciences), Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus. Led by Mr. Eknarin Piyapanyamongkol, Acting Director of the Samut Songkhram Campus Office, along with Ms. Buppha Mungfaidee, Acting Head of the Finance Department.  Ms. Theeranun Satabut, Procurement Officer, Finance Division; Ms. Papavee Puangwasana, General Administration Officer; and Ms. Siriporn Phisupap, Finance and Accounting Officer, Central Division. The Samut Songkhram Campus Office held a meeting with Associate Dean for Administration, Dr. Rattana Panriansen, and Ms. Wanwipa Bamrungpong. The head of the office and staff of the College of Allied Health Sciences were briefed on the guidelines for the document management system and the process for disbursing and spending the budget within the campus. To ensure that records management, finance, and supplies operations are efficient, accurate, and in accordance with regulations, and that all personnel in every department can work smoothly.

            These guidelines focus on fostering a correct understanding of document management, procedures for requesting and disbursing documents, supporting documents, and processing timelines. Based on the principles of transparency, accountability, and compliance with relevant government regulations, we aim to prevent errors, reduce duplication, and increase the speed of service delivery.

            Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus, places great importance on internal communication. This includes continuously clarifying best practices to personnel and providing opportunities for questions and suggestions. To ensure that budget disbursements are coordinated and to support the university's mission as effectively as possible.
