Friday, December 19, 2025, at 9:00 AM, at the Thongchakri Meeting Room (65 seats), 5th floor, Phadungcheewa Building (College of Nursing and Health Building), Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pimpong Thongmuang, Pharmacist. The Vice Rector of Samut Songkhram Campus has assigned Mr. Eknarin Piyapanyamongkol to act as the Director of the Samut Songkhram Campus Office, and Mr. Ekachon Noi-ngern. The Director of the Central Division, Samut Songkhram Campus Office, heads of departments, and staff of the Samut Songkhram Campus Office held a meeting on knowledge management operations. (Knowledge Management : KM) With a focus on developing and improving the efficiency of internal organizational operations. The knowledge gained from practical work can be used to extract lessons learned, share knowledge, and further develop work to maximize benefits for the organization and service recipients.

             The meeting was held to provide a platform for exchanging experiences and best practices, as well as developing service processes to align with the changing context of the modern era. This will lead to improved service quality, increased operational efficiency, and sustainable customer satisfaction.

            Knowledge management (KM) is a crucial mechanism for organizational development, promoting collaborative learning among personnel, utilizing existing knowledge to create value, and driving the work of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The Samut Songkhram campus is progressing systematically, in line with the university's mission to continuously develop the quality of education and services to society.
