Public relations invites administrators, faculty, staff, and students to donate blood.

On Thursday, December 18, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

On the 1st floor of the Phdung Chiva Building (College of Nursing and Health)

Preparation Instructions Before Donating Blood

- Drink plenty of water 1-2 days before donating to refresh your body and promote blood circulation.

- Eat a meal approximately 4 hours before donating blood.

- You should get at least 6 hours of sleep before donating blood.

❌ Avoid drinking alcoholic beverages before donating blood.

❌ Avoid playing sports or exercising that requires heavy sweating the day before donating blood.

Students who wish to donate blood can choose to receive:

1) 3 activity hours or

2) 5 volunteer hours.
