                      On Saturday, November 29, 2025, at the Field Marshal Sarit Thanarat Conference Room, NRCT Building 1, National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT), Lat Yao Subdistrict, Chatuchak District, Bangkok, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus. As the front office of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, Samut Songkhram Province, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Vice President of Samut Songkhram Campus, received a certificate of honor from the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT). The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation participated in the exhibition of research results on "Health products from Bang Chang chili oil: Utilization of plant species conservation initiatives initiated by His Majesty the King" at the "NRCT Forum 2025." On the occasion of the 66th anniversary of the founding of NRCT, under the concept of "66 Years of NRCT, Strengthening the Power of Knowledge" Honoring the Value of Researchers, Elevating Thailand's Future with Research and Innovation" is an important platform for presenting knowledge, innovation, and directions for research development in the country.

                      With the honor of Professor Dr. Supachai Patumnakul, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, presiding over the ceremony and presenting certificates. Dr. Wipharat Di-ong, Director of the National Research Office, expressed her gratitude along with the NRCT executives, experts, and researchers from various agencies who attended the ceremony.

                      The "Health Products from Bang Chang Chili Oil: Utilizing the Royal Initiative for Plant Species Conservation" is one of the outstanding innovations that combines local wisdom with scientific knowledge. Adding value to community raw materials and driving the grassroots economy, reflecting the role of Samut Songkhram Campus in developing research that truly addresses the needs of the area.

                     Receiving this certificate is another source of pride that demonstrates the university's research potential and the commitment of the Front Office of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, Samut Songkhram Province. To promote, support and expand research for economic and social benefits, and to continue to develop cooperation with various network partners to sustainably improve the quality of life of the people.
